Who We Are
We change lives in the communities we serve by feeding the hungry today and building a healthy, hunger free tomorrow.
Please note, we do not accept volunteers who have been charged with violent offenses such as but not limited to: domestic violence, assault, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, disorderly conduct, armed robbery or aggravated assault.
What We Do
We bring together health and food, community education, and community development to build a healthy hunger free community.
We depend on hundreds of volunteers to bring food and other services to Southern Arizona. Volunteering is a rewarding, productive, and easy. There are opportunities to help with special events or to volunteer on a regular basis. We welcome groups and individual volunteers both short-term and long-term engagements. Some volunteers come to the Community Food Bank to fulfill court ordered requirements. Community Service Volunteers must be 16 years of age to fulfill community service requirements.
