Volunteer: Pantry DistributionThe Community Food Bank needs volunteer leads to help distribute shelf-stable and fresh groceries to families and seniors in our community! Pre-load shopping carts with groceries to distribute to clients using a rotation method. Disinfect and sanitize shopping carts before being re-filled.
Dress code: Read dress code requirements below for volunteering! Face mask that covers the nose and mouth are OPTIONAL Comfortable, closed-toe and closed–heel shoes Food-safe clothing Shirts must cover armpits, abdomen, and chest (no tank tops) Shorts should not be too tight or short No sandalsSafety Requirements: All volunteers must be aware of and uphold the safety expectations below in order to volunteer. Note: no lockers for storing personal items are available -- please leave in your vehicle or at home.
